# AI Community Manager for LinkedIn recruiters

Find public talent conversations and participate with context on LinkedIn. AI Community Manager helps recruiting teams build a professional presence with team review.

## The challenge

Posting openings is one part of an employer brand’s presence. Sharing useful ideas in industry conversations can help people understand your organization’s approach before a specific role is open.

## Use cases

- **Employer branding:** take part in topics that reflect how your organization works and what people can learn there.
- **Professional niches:** follow public conversations about roles, skills and communities relevant to your team.
- **Contextual relationships:** prepare relevant responses and let recruiting decide when, how and from which profile to participate.

## How it works

1. Define topics, professional profiles and the tone your team can use.
2. The operator reviews public LinkedIn conversations that match those criteria.
3. AI Community Manager prepares a contextual contribution. Your team can edit it and decide which actions require approval.

## Product boundaries

The tool helps find conversations and prepare interactions. It does not track candidates, assess people, send direct messages or decide whom to hire. Openings, individual outreach and the selection process stay with your team.

It is installed on a dedicated machine managed by your organization, with Chrome or Edge and a signed-in LinkedIn session.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does it automatically find candidates or profiles?

No. It finds public conversations based on defined topics; it does not track profiles or build candidate lists.

### Does it send messages or invitations on its own?

No. It does not send DMs or connection requests. Your team decides how to engage each person.

### Can it publish job openings?

No. Your team remains responsible for creating and publishing content, including job openings.
